Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SeeSmile Dental Studio, we value your time and are committed to providing the highest level of care. To help us serve all our patients effectively, please review our policy below:

Cancellations:
We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $50 late cancellation fee to help cover the cost of the reserved time.

No-Show Policy:
If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a no-show fee of $100 will be applied.

We understand emergencies happen—please reach out to us if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will work with you to reschedule without charge if possible.

Refunds:
Refunds for completed treatments are not available.

However, if there’s an issue or concern with your service, we are happy to discuss adjustments or solutions within 7 days of your appointment.

If you've prepaid for an upcoming appointment and need to cancel, you can receive a refund provided we receive 48 hours’ notice in advance.

Payment Plans:
If you are on a payment plan and need to make changes, kindly notify us 7 days in advance of your next payment due date.
